Mandatory Skills:Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP),Power BI / Tableau (preferred),CRM tools (Salesforce/Zoho/HubSpot) Strong analytical & reporting skills, Powerpoint
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Dynamic Table Queries, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Data Modeling)
• Strong PowerPoint presentation and storytelling skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good graphical and visual design sense for executive-level presentations
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare high-quality corporate presentations for management and leadership reviews
• Design and generate MIS reports with accurate data consolidation and validation
• Build interactive dashboards and generate actionable insights for senior stakeholders
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, variances, and performance gaps
• Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling using charts and graphical elements
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analytical requests and business insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting cycles
• Collaborate cross-functionally to gather data requirements and reporting needs
• Continuously improve reporting formats, automation, and visualization standards
