Mr. Suresh Venkatachari is a serial entrepreneur and President at SecureKloud. With his astute industry experience of more than 30 years, Suresh spearheads the strategic direction of the company and its subsidiaries. While nurturing, building, and managing businesses in Cloud, e-Commerce, IT solutions, and consulting services; related to Healthcare, Lifesciences, and BFSI.
Over the last two decades, he has founded four IT companies, of which two are public limited companies today. Prior to this, Suresh headed the Electronic Banking division at Deutsche Bank, Singapore.
Suresh continues to steer the company’s focus on developing exceptional technology solutions and leadership teams, building on SecureKloud’s current position as a trusted leader in the cloud services vertical.
Srinivas Mahankali, as Chief Business Officer and Whole-time Director, leads Blockchain practice for SecureKloud Technologies, APAC region. Srinivas comes with nearly three decades of industry experience in architecting and implementing business transformation activities involving cutting-edge technologies like Blockchain, AI & IoT. Earlier, he was a lead Consultant for Blockchain and emerging technologies at the Government of India and NASSCOM-promoted company - NISG (National Institute for Smart Government).
Srinivas is an alumnus of India's premier educational institutions. He holds a PGDM degree in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
A continuous learner and avid reader, Srinivas loves to keep abreast of emerging technology and management developments. He is passionate about Smart cities and the convergence of disruptive technologies furthering a sustainable environment for global citizens. He has authored and co-authored several books on emerging technologies like Blockchain, AI & IoT.
Mr. Biju Chandran is a Commerce Graduate from University of Madras and a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is a practicing Chartered accountant with more than two decades of experience in various industries like software, auto ancillary manufacturers, event management, advertising agency, authorized money changer, interior decorators, computer dealers.
He also handles taxation and appears before various Tax Authorities to represent clients for Income Tax Proceedings, Service Tax Audits, DIT Investigations, DIT Exemptions and International Taxation Division.
He is one of the founders of BNI Chennai CBD, a franchisee of an International Organisation named Business Network International which was ranked in the Top 10 regions in world.
He is part of the Board of International Chamber of GST Professionals (a company incorporated under section 8 of the Companies Act 2013) an organization created to impart knowledge on indirect taxes. He has held various designations in this organization as Joint Secretary, Secretary, Vice President and was its President for two terms (2017-2018 & 2018-2019).
Mr. M. Vijaykumar is a serial entrepreneur having over twenty-five years of leadership experience in managing digital media businesses from creation to sales and managing the profit and loss of the business. Prior to founding his own business, he has worked as a content producer for various satellite channels. Mr. Vijaykumar is graduated in Master of Arts from Madras University.
Mr. V. V. Sampath Kumar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is the partner of M/s. V. V. V. S. Kumar & Co, Chartered Accountants. He specialises his practice in the areas of indirect taxes and appears before the adjudicating authorities for assessments, appeals, etc. In addition, he is a Registered Valuer of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) and is a Registered Insolvency Professional. He has completed the Information System Audit Examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
He is a panelled faculty on indirect taxes in the panel of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a visiting faculty to various Institutes. He has authored a handbook on TN VAT Act, 2006 and a handbook on GST TCS, released by ICAI.
He has served as the Co-opted member of committees of SIRC of ICAI in 2009-10 and 2015-16. He is one of the founder and committee member of the Chamber of GST Professionals, Chennai. He is the Vice President of the Association of Chartered Accountants, Chennai.
Mrs. Panchi is an engineering graduate with over 25 years of comprehensive experience in the field of information technology and business consulting. She is also a Certified Information Security Auditor with ISACA, USA. She has won many awards in the field of information technology like professional of the year award 2021 by MSME India, Most Promising Startup Award of the year 2021 from Indian Achievers Forum and Women Entrepreneur of the Year 2022 from Women Entrepreneur India Magazine. She has more than a decade of experience in architecting and leading a large PSU bank – Indian Overseas Bank's internet/mobile banking/payment gateway, information security; wherein she has headed the Secretariat Branch, Chennai for the 3 years. She is currently the Director of YesPanchi Tech Services Private Limited. She is currently the Chairperson of the TN State Women's Commission, Chennai.
